Terms & Conditions

• Celebrate CNY 2023 with PurSoft campaign (“Lucky Draw”) is open to all residents of Singapore, except for employees and its immediate family members, participating retailers/ distributors and related agencies of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. (“Organiser”).
• Entry into the Lucky Draw by any person is construed as acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
• This Lucky Draw is being held from 8th Dec 2022 to 25th Jan 2023 (“Campaign Period”), with a minimum purchase of $18 worth of PurSoft products in a single receipt.
• All completed Lucky Draw forms or online submission shall reach Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. no later than 23:59 1st Feb 2023.
• Multiple entries may be submitted but each entry must be accompanied with a unique original receipt. Entries with duplicate receipts or without proof of purchase will be disqualified.
• Any receipts that are incomplete, forged or damaged, photocopied or reprinted are not accepted.
• By completing this form, you:
  1. a. Confirm that the information provided by you is true, accurate and complete; and
  2. b. Consent to our collection, use and disclosure of your personal data for the purposes of managing, conducting and administering the promotion and/or lucky draw.
• All winners will be selected through a lucky draw of qualified entries on 7th Feb 2023 (“Draw Date”) and will be notified by post to the address stated. Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to extend the closing date if deemed necessary.
• All entries received will be regarded as property of Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. who elect to use your personal information contained herein for internal and/or external marketing purposes in a manner it deems fit whilst according to your privacy or confidentiality with the highest priority.
• All prizes are not transferable, and not exchangeable for cash or any other items.
• All winners must claim the prize within the stipulated date at the place stated in the letter of notification. For verification, winners will be required to present:
  1. a. Identification reflecting their name as registered.
  2. b. The original letter for verification (collectively, the "Verification Documents").
  3. c. A cheque will be issued for the prize. Kindly ensure the name written on the lucky draw form is as per your bank’s record.
• There will be a total of 23 winners drawn for the Lucky Draw who will stand a chance to win the following prizes (“Prize(s)”)::
  1. a. Grand Prize: $888 x 1 winner
  2. b. 2nd Prize: $688 x 1 winner
  3. c. 3rd Prize: $388 x 1 winner
  4. d. Consolation Prize: $128 x 20 winners
• All winners will also receive one PurSoft Goodie Bag worth up to $25.
• All prizes are accurate at the point of printing. Subjected to unforeseen Government regulations, Universal Sovereign Trading Pte. Ltd. reserves the right to substitute the prizes for other prizes with similar value at its sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
• The Organiser shall not be liable to any persons in the Lucky Draw for any injuries, losses or damages in respect of, in connection with and/or arising from the Lucky Draw.
• Any prizes unclaimed for 30 days after the date of notification to the winners shall be forfeited without any compensation. The Organiser reserves the right to deal with all unclaimed prizes in any manner deemed fit.
